Paws with a purpose, hearts with a mission.
Our Mission
Campus K9s, Inc., is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the well-being of students and staff by providing well-trained Campus Dogs to school districts, academies, and universities.
A Campus Dog is a special type of service dog bred and trained to provide calm, comfort, and connection in schools.
Our Campus Dogs help students of all ages – from early childhood programs through college. They provide comfort in times of heightened anxiety and offer support where needed throughout the school.
Campus Dogs in Action:
Bringing Comfort and Connection to Schools
Who We Are
Founded in 2023, Campus K9s is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to transforming schools through Campus Dogs. Our mission is to provide trained Campus Dogs that offer emotional support, fostering well-being and connection for students. We believe every child deserves this level of support, so we help schools fundraise to help ensure that more students benefit from their presence.
What We Do
Campus K9s trains highly skilled dogs to provide emotional support in schools, and we also train the handlers who care for them. Our dogs bring comfort during stressful moments and help foster a positive, connected school culture. With their calm presence, they lift spirits and help create environments where every student feels seen, valued, and empowered to succeed.
Who We Help
Since 2018, our Campus Dogs have impacted over 10,000 students across multiple districts in Michigan. Our mission is to provide Campus Dogs at no cost to schools, thanks to the generosity of our donors. Your support helps us train and place more dogs, ensuring that even more students can thrive with the help of Campus Dogs.
